Colorado Work Comp Notice Poster (English and Spanish)

The Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) requires Colorado employers to display the Notice to Employer of Injury posters at all times in a prominent place on the workplace premises. The poster informs employees that Colorado law requires employees to report a workplace injury within 10 working days and benefits may be reduced by half if the injury results from the use of alcohol or drugs. This revised rule took effect on Aug. 10, 2022. Read more details below.
