The Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) requires Colorado employers to display the Notice to Employer of Injury posters at all times in a prominent place on the workplace premises. The poster informs employees that Colorado law requires employees to report a workplace injury within 10 working days and benefits may be reduced by half if the injury results from the use of alcohol or drugs.
